Remote Support Log-in
To resolve your support issues, our system engineers can remotely access your computer.
How to logon:
- The system engineer working on your support ticket will give you a 6-digit pin code over the phone.
- Once you have input this code into the box to the right, you will need to agree to the notices that may pop up.
- You will then be asked if our engineer can remotely access your workstation - you must agree in order to proceed. Our engineer will then be able to see your screen and take control of your mouse and keyboard.
- If you need to speak with our engineer during the session you can use the live chat box which appears on your screen.
- Once your issue has been resolved press disconnect to end your remote session.
